High Roller, Las Vegas, US

The world's largest ferris wheel will open this spring and will form part of Sin City's new multi-million pound Linq entertainment district. Fact fans will be interested to know the following: the bearings used each weigh 8,000 kilograms and are the largest produced by the High Roller's design firm, the 28 iPod and television-screen equipped cabins will weigh in at 20,000 kilograms, and each rotation will take 30 minutes.

who cares?  just save energy please to prevent the people not on the wheel being drowned or frozen to death!  We don't need big powered toys, we need protection against the climate and affordable warmth and food.
