Located on Sweden's stunning west coast, Salt and Sill, which comprises six two-storey structures built on pontoons, is Sweden's first floating hotel and is famous for its food - the speciality being herring. There are 23 rooms, including one suite, and there's even a separate sauna boat which the host claims is the world's fastest the sauna, having a top speed of 15 knots.
