A visit to this iconic ship is a must for history buffs. The Queen Mary arrived at Long Beach in 1967, after spending 37 years navigating the high seas. Weighing 81,237 gross tons - 35 more than the Titanic - the ship is home to 314 rooms and suites, along with two bars and two restaurants. But a word of warning - the vessel is rumoured to be haunted so if something goes bump in the night you might want to batten down the hatches...
