King Pacific Lodge, British Columbia
Nestled in the heart of the Canadian wilderness, the King Pacific Lodge is accessible only by float plane and can be found on the northern coast of British Columbia, 56 miles south of Prince Rupert. The area is home to bears, otters, sea lions and whales and the lodge itself sits on the edge of the largest intact temperate rainforest left on earth. There are 17 rooms and suites - all of which come with stunning views - and an endless list of activities, including fly-fishing, heli-hiking tours and wilderness kayaking. Just watch out for those whales....
