I'm sure we all know someone who spends too much time and money on their car. Participants in the Houston Art Car Parade, however, take it to the next level, spending thousands of dollars and months of their lives creating these spectacular rolling works of art. Taking place on 11 May 2013, the 26thannual festival will feature around 250 entries from across the United States, Canada and Mexico, attracting up to 300,000 spectators.
