Join the stars on a cruise of a lifetime
For 2012 and 2013 P&O Cruises has welcomed a star-studded line-up to its fleet. Celebrity chefs Marco Pierre White and Atul Kochhar, and wine expert Olly Smith, will offer their culinary expertise, while professional dancers from BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing will perform routines from the hit show. Along with the food and footwork, national radio station Classic FM will host a 'Music Festivals at Sea' programme, bringing the finest symphonies to the seas.
Strictly Come Dancing
"Sequins, glitter-balls and all that jazz"
The judges and professional dancers from the BBC One series 'Strictly Come Dancing' will be joining seven very special cruises in 2013, bringing all the glamour of the ballroom to your holiday. If you can't wait until Strictly is back on our screens, join P&O Cruises for one of Strictly Come Dancing themed cruises where all the magic and glamour of the ballroom is taken to the on board dance floors.
On each cruise two professional dancers from Strictly Come Dancing will perform their show dances (those joining will be confirmed nearer the first cruise). You will also have the chance to take part in an exclusive P&O Cruises competition where the winner will perform live on stage. As part of the competition, you will first be mentored and finally judged by members of the Strictly team or past celebrity contestants. There will also be the chance to see some of the bejewelled costumes and live interviews to hear first-hand what it's like to be part of such an extraordinary show.

"The perfect menu"

In 2013 they'll be travelling on designated 'Food and Wine' themed cruises to deliver even more flavour to your holiday experience.
Olly will host wine tastings and wine dinners, while Marco and Atul will give cookery demonstrations and masterclasses, as well as hosted dinners in their onboard restaurants. You can also enjoy interviews and book signings, as well as a range of hosted shore excursions to vineyards, breweries, distilleries, restaurants and markets, depending on your itinerary. There will also be a range of related on board entertainment to look forward to, so why not indulge your passion on a P&O Cruises holiday?
"Swapping air waves for ocean waves"
For over 25 years P&O Cruises has been indulging its passengers' passion for classical music with a celebrated programme of 'Music Festivals at Sea'. Now, for 2013, the cruise line is delighted to announce that Classic FM will be hosting these dedicated theme cruises.
On the five 'Music Festivals at Sea' cruises, Classic FM will bring you a finely tuned repertoire of opera, operetta and recitals, all hosted by well-known Classic FM presenters. As part of the music festival, musical quizzes and interviews can be enjoyed, along with P&O Cruises usual entertainment mix, including theatre productions, comedy and cabaret.
Why wait for last minute deals?
Here's one cruise holiday where it really pays to book early! The P&O Cruises Price Promise means that, should the Vantage Fare be reduced after you've booked (on cruise and cabin types with similar terms and conditions), they will pass on the value of the difference as a complimentary benefit, like a cabin upgrade or on board spending money.
