Owned and run by the RSPB, the Arne Nature Reserve is situated on the eastern fringe of the mammoth Poole Harbour and overlooks many of the islands dotted within it. An area of open heath and oak woodland, it is a haven for everything from warblers and woodpeckers to owls and ospreys, and deer roam freely among the heather. My suggested walk to Shipstal Beach, a gorgeous sweep of sand that bleeds into the trees behind, takes you through some classic English woodland, past ponds that teem with frogs and newts, and to a hide from which you can watch the birdlife.

Just go to the West Coast of Scotland and the Hebrides if you want to see real stunning secret beaches  .

Has this critic ever been out of engerland , Go to the West coast of Scotland and visit some of the islands  like Harris and the Uists absolutely stunning and wait till you see Tiree  a beautiful island with wall to wall sunshine and beaches to match the continent .
