Hong Kong, China
Located at the tip of the 484-metre-high International Commerce Centre (ICC), the plush Ritz-Carlton has only one view: bird's eye. Occupying floors 102 to 118, you make your entrance into the lobby on the 9th floor, before whooshing up to floor 103. The ICC is the tallest building in the city which means unrivalled views across the pretty harbour and glittering skyline.
