Hairiest mammal (Michael De Young_Travel Alaska)

Common in Russia, Alaska, northwest Canada and the US, sea otters, unlike other marine mammals, are blubber-free. But they have another way of staying warm - they have the densest fur of any mammal with a whopping 26,000 to 165,000 hairs per square centimetre. A single large male might have as many as 800 million hair fibres covering his body.
