We have probably all been asked that question a few – hundred – times over the past weeks. But whatever familial plans you have made for Christmas, it’s New Year that people are really interested in.
If there’s one time of year when you’re justified – even expected – to let loose, this is it. People are doing it all over the world, albeit in different timezones and in very different ways. So even if you do just end up butchering Auld Lang Syne in the local boozer, you can at least imagine you’re dancing barefoot on a Brazilian beachfront with two million other revellers.
