This spectacular restaurant can be found within a cave overlooking the Gasconade river. The cave in question was discovered and excavated in 1989. After 2160 tonnes of rock were removed, air conditioners and dehumidifiers were installed, along with several fish-stocked fountains. 35,000 people have visited the cave restaurant since it opened, with the most popular spot being the table next to the 100-foot panoramic window looking down onto the river below.
