Berlin, Germany.
Kensington Roof Gardens
Not technically a pub, but these jaw-droppingly beautiful gardens with bar attached have to be seen. At 30 metres above Kensington High Street, you might never realise this 1.5-acre verdant masterpiece is there but the gardens boast fully grown oak and fruit trees and a flowing stream stocked with fish. Classy cocktail or humble ale in hand, make your way to the English woodland section, where you'll find Bill, Ben, Splosh and Pecks - four resident flamingos.
