CocoaDance, Peak District, UK
CocoaDance founders David Golubows and Bridget Joyce started making chocolate at their National Trust farm 11 years ago, and today their produce is sold at exclusive outlets such as Harrods and Selfridges. The couple make their chocolate themselves and the ingredients are all locally sourced apart from the cocoa - which is sourced from a range of countries including Java, Madagascar and the Dominican Republic .
Chocoholics hoping to find out more can sign up for the three-hour Chocolate Experience, where they'll learn about the manufacturing process, while conducting those all-important taste tests, and there are also regular chocolate and champagne tasting sessions for those with a love of the finer things in life.
