Generous legroom
There's a reason why these people are smiling - Cathay Pacific, who are already known for having relatively roomy seats, recently launched 'fixed-back' chairs that recline six inches within their own space (so the person in front doesn't graze your knees), and have adjustable side wings to cradle your head.
Of course, comfort can be as much about width as legroom, especially if you're on the large side, which is why Airbus is now offering airlines the option to purchase its A320 passenger jet, which has two 20-inch seats in addition to regular 18-inch seats.

My main gripe is kids on 'planes.
Bad enough if they are a few rows away but if they are on the row behind, kicking the back of the seat in front, it's an absolute nightmare. Happened to me a couple of times, yet when I nicely asked the parents to stop their kids kicking I was told I was a bully, to be nice, be kind, be patient etc.
Anyone know of any airlines that ban kids? Please let me know.
