Teddy bear check-in
Most parents have experienced the trauma of losing a favourite toy but the thought of much-loved Ted lying abandoned on the floor of the airport lounge, or condemned to travel forever around the baggage carousel, can really knock the stuffing out of you.
Every month around 30 cuddly toys sit in silent hope of a reunion at Gatwick's lost-property department - something which Thomson Airways is hoping to change.
The airline is inviting little holidaymakers to 'check in' their teddy prior to flying - and in return receive a special boarding pass which can be exchanged for a VIB (Very Important Buddy) tag at the gate.

My main gripe is kids on 'planes.
Bad enough if they are a few rows away but if they are on the row behind, kicking the back of the seat in front, it's an absolute nightmare. Happened to me a couple of times, yet when I nicely asked the parents to stop their kids kicking I was told I was a bully, to be nice, be kind, be patient etc.
Anyone know of any airlines that ban kids? Please let me know.
