Men might wince at the thought of, ahem, a certain sort of meat and two veg appearing on the menu. We're talking animal genitalia, the only thing served at the Beijing emporium Guolizhuang (Dongsi Shitiao, +86 010 6405 5698). Donkey, oxen, horses, snakes, yaks, even seals - few animals' private parts are safe at the hands of the chef.
But this is no gimmick: the waitresses act as nutritionists, pointing out the medicinal benefits of each animal. And if the taste isn't to your liking, there are plenty of spicy dipping sauces to cushion the flavour.
