I've found Toronto never to be boring. It's not New York, it never has tried to be. But it grasps the modern age and excitement needed to entertain the whole audience. Travel journalists simply have been caught napping - Toronto has been alive & kicking for years!!...as many of the cities you've mentioned here today. Shame on you MSN.

I don't agree with 80% of this list! Not to mention the people who 'rate' them don't have much of a rating themselves! Each city has something to offer in its own right - Athens has history, Brussels has haute cuisine, Toronto is filled with shopping and nightlife, while Mexico City is filled with beautiful women, fun parades and great street food..!

I don't think it's fair to give cities negative images. An awful lot of people live in them and as for being boring it's whatever floats your boat. If a visitor is bored in a city, they are not trying as there are always things to do and see.

I fully agree that Athens should not be on this list! Having visited this vibrant city many times i would recommend any one to visit. Of course caution should be taken if demonstrations are planned, that's just common sense, but in general i have always found the Greek people to be warm and friendly towards visitors. And while they are in the financial mess they are in  the more people visit support them and spend the quicker they will get back to some sort of normality.

I would also recommend many of the Greek islands, stunning scenery lovely people beeches to die for ect ect. So do yourself a favour and give it a try you will not be disappointed! Just be aware June, July and August can be bloody hot..  Hot

While I agree with Zurich and Brussels I am shocked to see Mexico City, Athens and Manilla on this list.

Mr M You agree that Athens should be on the list of most boring cities but then go on to say how great it is. Did you read the slides?

There is a saying like this "Only one himself knows if the shoes match his feet or not “。If u really love her /him, age ain't nothing but a number for these loved-up A-Listers. My BF and I both think so! He is almost 10 years older than I .We met via~~--AgeMingle .℃○M.~~ a nice place for younger women and oldermen, or older women and younger men, to interact with each other! ,Ever feel that you would best enjoy someone who is not in your age group? If u are really interested in it, maybe  u  wanna check  it out or tell your friends.
